Signing up and browsing is completely free. The only charge is optional: 5% for protected payment, where the deposit is held safely until the gig is done — settle privately and there is no charge. Yes. GigXchange supports four user types: Artists (solo acts, bands, DJs), Venues (pubs, bars, function rooms), Agents (booking agents, managers), and Promoters (event organisers). Anyone can sign up free.

Members with a complete profile and an active presence on the platform can be featured in the GigXchange Member Spotlight — a fortnightly long-form editorial. Free, members only — email founder@gigxchange.app.
