Edinburgh based, DIY Sad Punk, 'Welcome Back Panic' getting back into music after a few years of life getting in the way. Inspired by bands such as Alkaline Trio, The Lawrence Arms, Gaslight Anthem and The Murderburgers, this former member of Edinburgh punks 'The Dead Sets' and dad rock/punk/metal/screamo extraordinaire 'The Liberty Bells' has been writing LOTS of songs these past couple of years with a handful of gigs spattered about the place. Most notably a couple of punk all-dayers in Dunfermline hosted by pals The Bucky Bombs and the annual Superfun Punk All-dayer in Inverness hosted by his good friend Theo from Polar Bears in Purgatory where he's performed at Superfun 1, 2 and 3. Fresh off releasing a DIY acoustic album at the start of August 2026 and with another in the pipeline for an early 2027 release he is looking to add a few more shows to his calendar. While he has hopes of getting a full band together in the future to start playing fast and loud, his solo shows are still raw and full of energy.
