Stop The Suns From Setting started in Glasgow at the end of 2024 when drummer Panka and guitarist Chris began writing together with the goal of creating music that felt honest, emotional, and completely our own. A few weeks of late-night writing sessions later, Kels joined on vocals, and the lineup was complete. We play what we like to call “creamy screamy”, what is really just blending huge melodies and raw screams into something that feels both familiar and fresh. Since forming, we've ticked off several bucket-list venues and shared stages with some incredible bands. The first track from our debut EP had reached quite good success, and we have been played on BBC introducing, as well as accepted to the NewInScotland playlist from Widedays
