We are Carole and Billy, a covers band called Mayhem, a duo, but, with our heightened tracks, live keyboards and combined voices we sound like a ‘band’. We deliver bright, lively, danceable music. WE DON'T DO BACKGROUND MUSIC! As there’s only two of us most people would expect a duo to consist of an acoustic, folk singing couple who sing ballads, right? No, wrong, we don’t pull any punches, we are not a folk singing acoustic playing twosome. . We predominantly perform rock/pop music, our most prominent music probably comes mainly from the 80s and 90s, but we also perform pop/rock music from all decades, 60s through till now. We play the music that you will want to hear and respond to by joining in singing and dancing. With over a hundred songs, there’s something to please everyone. Incidentally, just to prove the point about the quality of our music - DAVID BOWIE described Billy as 'A musical Genius' (Mojo Magazine, November 1994).
