About This Open Mic
The Night
The Ship Inn's 'Something For Tuesday' is a weekly open mic every Tuesday from 8:30pm, tucked down the historic yard at 71 Briggate (LS1 6LL) in this nearly-300-year-old, nautical-themed Leeds boozer. All levels are welcome — singers, songwriters, bands, duos and even spoken-word artists — and it's free to get up and play. Cask Marque accredited with a good range of local cask ales to enjoy between sets.
About The Ship Inn
The Ship Inn is a historic, traditional pub tucked away next to Queens Arcade off Briggate in central Leeds, with records dating back to the 1750s. Its cosy interior of dark wood panelling, brass fittings and nautical memorabilia pairs local ales (Black Sheep, Kirkstall) with classic British pub fare. It's a dependable grassroots music spot: live music every Saturday from 9pm and a weekly open-mic night on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm, showcasing local talent in an intimate, hidden-gem setting.
