Leith Arches is a live-music and events space under a historic brick railway archway on Manderston Street in Leith, Edinburgh (EH6), on what was the old Caledonian Leith line. The room shows live sport, live music and occasional theatre, with a large open floor built for standing concerts plus a stage, full sound system and lighting rig. It runs regular Open Mic & Jam Nights — no need to pre-book, just turn up and share your music — currently scheduled fortnightly at 8pm (e.g. 12 and 26 June 2026). A distinctive arched setting that suits everything from gigs and club nights to exhibitions.

The Night
Leith Arches runs an Open Mic & Jam Night in its big railway-arch space on Manderston Street, roughly every fortnight on a Tuesday, from 8pm right through to midnight. It's free, there's no need to pre-book — just turn up — and crucially amps and a drum kit are provided, so it leans more towards a proper plug-in-and-jam session than a hushed acoustic night. Bands, duos and solo players are all welcome to get up and have a go. A relaxed, late-running Leith fixture.
