The Jenny Lind Inn is a real-ale pub with rooms on the High Street in Hastings Old Town, a couple of minutes' walk from the beach and the Stade. There are two bars, garden areas and eight hand-pulls, and under-18s are welcome until 7pm.
There's live music most days of the week. Jenny Lind Open Mics run Plugged In Mondays and an acoustic-only Unplugged Wednesday hosted by James & Josh; Completely Scuppered lead a weekly Shanty Session on Thursdays from 8.30pm; and Jason McNiff's Folk Sundowner is a weekly early-evening acoustic slot on Fridays with a different featured guest, free entry and a 'gig jug' for the players. Weekends bring bands, plus Sunday afternoon sets. Our listings show it on the Everywhere At Once grassroots weekend in June 2026, with Carter Sampson, Gabriel Moreno and Richard Moore.
