The Fox is a traditional East End corner pub at 28-30 Paul Street (EC2A 4LB) in Shoreditch, lovingly restored with a modern twist and spread over three floors: a ground-floor bar, a first-floor function room with its own bar, an outdoor roof terrace and a private karaoke den for up to 20. It's known for a strong selection of world beers and London gins, an Asian-inspired pop-up food residency, and a lively events calendar — most notably 'Friday Nights At The Fox', with a resident DJ playing down-tempo organic house, deep house, Afro house, breaks and melodic techno from 8pm. Open Monday to Saturday, closed Sundays.
