The Night

Lavery's is Belfast's oldest family-owned pub, on Bradbury Place since 1918, with live music several nights a week. Its open mic is a brilliant all-ages night run with Oh Yeah Music Centre for young musicians under 18, on the first Monday of every month at 8pm, where both originals and covers are welcome. Get in touch with the organisers (caoimhe@ohyeahbelfast.com) to grab a slot — a genuinely supportive first stage for emerging Belfast talent.

About Lavery's

Lavery's is Belfast's oldest family-owned pub, established in 1918 and run by the Lavery family for over a century, at 12-18 Bradbury Place (BT7 1RS). A sprawling multi-floor institution with pool, sport and karaoke, it's also a serious live-music venue: bands play in the Public Bar every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, featuring the best of Belfast's musicians across rock, trad, folk and covers. With a PA in place and an open booking attitude, it's a long-standing pillar of the city's live circuit.

Planning Your Monday Night
