About Jamcafé
Jamcafé is Nottingham's funkiest European-style café-bar at 12 Heathcoat Street in Hockley (NG1 3AA), entertaining the quarter with live music and DJs since 2008. Days bring coffee and brunch; nights bring a nightly rotation of genres from jazz to DJ sets, plus gigs, comedy, live debates and more. Open mic nights run on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, with DJs taking over on Saturday nights — a long-standing, genuinely eclectic grassroots fixture of the Hockley scene.
