The Albert Halls is Bolton's restored Grade II-listed civic venue on Victoria Square, a colonnaded neoclassical hall that first opened in 1873 and was reborn after a major 2017 restoration. Its 670-seat main hall programmes live music — rock and pop tribute shows, ABBA and Roy Orbison nights — alongside comedy, dance, drama and family shows. With an in-house PA it is the town centre's principal mid-size stage for touring entertainment.
