Joshua Brooks is a Manchester institution — a two-floor bar and basement nightclub at 106 Princess Street in the city centre, running for over 25 years. Upstairs is a bar and kitchen serving food; downstairs the 450-capacity club hosts club nights and live electronic acts on a Void Acoustics rig, with a music policy built around house, techno, drum & bass and wider electronic sounds. A two-time winner of the Manchester Evening News 'Best Venue' award and a three-time DJ Mag 'Best Small Club' nominee, it remains one of the city's key grassroots-to-mid-size spaces for emerging DJs and producers.
