The Flour & Flagon sits at 126 Grosvenor Street (M1 7HL) in the heart of Manchester's student quarter on the Oxford Road corridor, a few doors from Manchester Metropolitan University. It's the sister venue to The Bread Shed next door, and between the two you'll find DJs, live music, comedy nights and the pub's own 'Quizziaoke'. Expect a classic pub-grub menu of grills, burgers, sandwiches and wraps, a range of traditional cask beers alongside lagers and ciders, and a gin parlour stocking over 20 gins. Open Monday to Thursday 11:30am–midnight and Friday to Saturday 11:30am–1am, it's a lively, no-frills spot built for the student crowd that surrounds it.
