The Three Barrels is a small bar in a converted shop unit on Flixton Road, Urmston, 150 metres off the station, that calls itself the first Mediterranean bar in the area: wines by the glass, continental lagers on keg alongside Bootleg IPA and its own Conquistador lager, and bottled Leffe, Paulaner and Erdinger, with no cask ale at present. It is pitched at the more mature drinker, dog-friendly with treats and water on the bar, and has a small rear yard with umbrellas. Live music is an open mic roughly once a month, usually on a Sunday evening, with dates announced on the pub's Facebook page - check there before travelling. Open Wednesday to Sunday.
