Zed Alley is an underground basement live-music venue and bar in central Bristol (BS1), tucked off Host Street away from the busy city-centre nightlife. With an 80-person capacity it feels intimate even at full tilt, and the basement runs free live music several nights a week alongside open mics, student evenings and a free comedy night twice a month. They welcome up-and-coming local and touring bands, acoustic acts and solo artists, and host some of Bristol's best alternative club nights including Electric Barbarella, No Alternative and Tyranny. An 18+, LGBTQ+-friendly room with a house PA for performers — bring your own backline.
