Peek-A-Booze is a cabaret bar and budget hotel on Dickson Road in the heart of Blackpool's gay village, a mixed venue at the centre of the town's LGBT scene. Entertainment runs seven nights a week — live DJs, bingo, karaoke, drag shows and live singers — with chilled-out music early in the week, bingo on Wednesdays, karaoke on Thursdays and a full drag-queen cabaret from 9:30pm every Sunday fronted by long-serving performers Cybil Du Vaux and Rita International. Live entertainment runs until 12:30, then it shifts to a club atmosphere until 2am. It's a cabaret-and-karaoke room first rather than an original-bands stage, ideal for solo singers, drag and party acts.

About Peek A Booze

About This Open Mic
The Night
Peek-a-Booze on Dickson Road is an adults-only hotel and cabaret bar in the heart of Blackpool's LGBT scene, with entertainment seven nights a week — drag shows, cabaret, bingo and karaoke. There's no recurring open mic here: the Tuesday slot is a karaoke night ('You are a Star') with DJ Keiron, not an open mic. If you're after a performers' open mic, this isn't the right room.
