The Night
The Dove & Rainbow is Sheffield's rock'n'roll pub, tucked into Hartshead Square just behind the city-centre Wetherspoons, with a beer garden, pool table and jukebox. Its open mic runs every other Tuesday and is refreshingly broad — acoustic acts, poetry and even stand-up comedy all get a turn, in a friendly, no-pressure room. A solid fortnightly slot for anyone who fancies a go in a proper rock pub.

About The Dove & Rainbow
The Dove & Rainbow is Sheffield's friendly city-centre rock and alternative community pub, tucked into Hartshead Square (S1 2FD), just behind the Wetherspoons. It sits at the heart of the city's rock and metal scene, with live bands often on Friday and Saturday nights and open-mic nights on alternate Wednesdays. The music runs the full gamut of guitar-led sounds, from acoustic and easy-listening evenings to mosh-pit-ready metal, supported by a Rock DJ on Saturdays, a beer garden, pool table, jukebox and a rotating range of cask ales with Hobgoblin Ruby as the staple.
