The Hen & Chicken is a much-loved live entertainment pub on North Street in Southville, south Bristol — also home to the long-running Comedy Box upstairs. Its monthly open mic runs on the first Wednesday of every month in the downstairs studio, a friendly stage for performers to try out a set.
