Live

Six ways onto your site

Fig. 01 - Availability calendar

Your live dates, and a way to ask for one.

02 — What each one does

Current without you

01Availability calendarShow bookers the dates you are free without answering the same message twice. The calendar reads the availability you keep on GigXchange, so a night you mark as booked or unavailable changes on your website too. Pick a month calendar or a slim strip, in dark or light. A visitor who chooses a date lands on your GigXchange profile to ask for it.
02Electronic press kitYour electronic press kit on your own site: the bio, players, reviews, rates and media you laid out in the EPK builder. Bookers and press read the same published kit you send by link, and when you update it on GigXchange your website shows the new version. A booking banner takes them straight to you.
03Gig flyerPut the poster for your next night on your website or the venue's page. The widget shows the flyer you published, the night's details and the ticket link, and sizes itself to the design. Edits stay private until you publish again, and Unpublish takes it down everywhere at once.
04SetlistShare the songs you play with the audience and with bookers. The widget shows your published setlist as an interactive list or as a poster, and gives the audience a way to send feedback. Publishing a new version replaces the old one on your site.
05Stage plotGive the sound engineer your setup before soundcheck. The widget shows your stage plot to explore in 3D or as a flat plan, with the input and kit lists beside it, and only loads its 3D view when a visitor scrolls to it, so your page stays quick.
06Tour posterList every upcoming date in one poster, in the look you chose. The poster updates itself whenever you publish again, so your website never shows an old date list. Venues use the same widget as an events poster for their programme.
