The month your work started travelling. A link-in-bio page at gigxchange.app/@yourname where a booker can ask for one of your free nights, Your Links gathering everything you have made into one share hub, Gig Rescue on the booking page when an act cancels, and venues editing their own directory page. The stage plot gained a plan view and an A4 rider. On the website: nearly every page rebuilt for phones, pages for six kinds of venue and the kinds of act people book, six guides for organisers, a find-a-band page for each city in our guides, ChatGPT and Claude answering questions through GigXchange, and 14 new reads. September 2026, v0.3.8 work landing in waves: 3D Stage Plots, Eleven Flyer Designs & a Magazine Look
The month the tools stopped being forms. A stage plot you build in three dimensions from one of ten ready-made line-ups, published as a page, an embed and a printable sheet for the venue. Setlists in four designs and tour dates in seven, live rather than exported. An EPK that reads like a press sheet or hosts your own PDF. Eleven editorial flyer designs plus a Custom builder. August 2026, v0.3.7 in development: What’s On Goes National, Classifieds Goes Public & a Stats Desk
The month the front door got wider. What’s On piloted in London and went national two days later, so every city in the gig directory has a page of the week’s gigs and open mics for fans. The musicians’ Classifieds board came out into the open with a page per ad, artists can contact directory venues that have not joined yet, your calendar syncs itself with Google or Outlook, and a dashboard Noticeboard and a My Applications view landed late in the month. July 2026, v0.3.6: Payments, the iPhone App & a New Look
The month the money side arrived. Pay for a booking through GigXchange with the money held safely until the gig is done and released five days after the date, under plainly written cancellation terms. The iPhone app went live on the Apple App Store, every venue gained a public What’s On page, artists gained a fair reliability record, and Gig Rescue, referral rewards and self-drafting invoices landed. June 2026: Creator Tools, EPK & GX Index
The biggest creator release yet. Every artist gets a full electronic press kit and three promo generators (flyer, tour poster, setlist poster), an AI-readable public profile, and premium app polish: hover-zoom, avatar crop & zoom, smoother uploads. Venues gained a Getting Here & Access card and 9 new link types; everyone gained a 28-day GDPR account-deletion flow. The App First, Then the Website
Each roundup is split the way the work splits. The Mainstage app section covers what changed for members who are logged in: bookings, payments, messages, calendars, profiles and the tools around a gig. The website section covers what changed for everyone else: the gig directory, the venue directory, the GX Index and its reports, the guides and the blog. Both name the release version they belong to, and anything still in development is labelled as such.
