The Don Valley Brewery Tap is the brewery's own taproom on the old Sandtoft airfield site, built from converted shipping containers and opened in October 2022. It serves up to three cask ales and eight craft beers on tap alongside the brewery shop, with a large decked patio for outside drinking. It opens Wednesday to Friday and is family and dog friendly.

The Night
The brewery's taproom runs an open mic night on the second Wednesday of each month, starting at 7.30pm, as reported in Doncaster CAMRA's Winter 2025 magazine. The taproom only opens Wednesday to Friday, which fits the Wednesday slot. Sandtoft is about 12 miles east of Doncaster, on the old airfield site off Belton Road.
