Tracks stands beside Aldershot station in a building put up by the London and South Western Railway as the South Western Hotel when the line first reached the town. It reopened in March 2024 after a 265,000 pound refurbishment with a stated aim of becoming a central part of the town's music scene, and it now programmes music four nights a week: an acoustic evening, karaoke, an open mic night for local up-and-coming performers, and live bands at weekends spanning most genres. There is a function room, food at lunchtime and in the evening, and the pub is dog friendly. Cask ale is not currently served. For artists it is one of the few dedicated live rooms in Rushmoor, and the open mic is the usual way in.
