About Dulcimer
Dulcimer is a much-loved neighbourhood bar in the heart of Chorlton-cum-Hardy at 567 Wilbraham Road, Manchester (M21 0AE). One of Chorlton's last true late-night venues — open to 12:30am midweek and 1:30am at weekends — it has built a strong reputation as a live-music platform, particularly within folk and folk-crossover genres. An upstairs room hosts regular gigs focused on new bands and niche styles, plus open mic nights, DJ sets, quizzes and monthly comedy. Downstairs pours a curated range of craft beers and cocktails alongside home-made British classics like pork pies and cheese boards.
