Does my venue have a public What's On page?
Yes. Every venue profile has a public What's On page - your profile address with /whats-on on the end. Anyone can open it without an account, so it is the link to put in your bio, on posters or on your own website.
To find and copy it, open the Dashboard, press Your Links, and look under What's On.
The page lists your upcoming events, soonest first, with the date, day and times. It shows only events you have published - drafts and past nights stay off it. Each event has a button: Get Tickets when the event has tickets on sale, through GigXchange or a ticket link you added, otherwise View Event. If nothing is scheduled, visitors see a note to check back soon.
Below the programme the page also shows your Regular Nights, a Good to Know panel with your venue type, capacity, usual live nights and opening hours, a map, access details, photos and recent reviews - all taken from your venue profile. Fill those in on your profile to fill out the page.
To add a night to the page, create the event and press Publish Event - see how do I create an event?
Fans can also sign up on the GigXchange website for a free weekly email of gigs in their town. That is a separate list run by GigXchange, not your own fan list - to email your own fans, see how do I send an update to my fans?
