How do I see everything happening at my venue on one calendar?

Open Events and choose Calendar. It is on venue accounts only.

The top of the page counts your upcoming events, acts confirmed, applications and open gigs. Below it, Needs your action lists the nights waiting on you - open gigs with applications to review, gigs nobody has applied to yet, events with no act booked, and days where two or more acts are confirmed.

Your month marks each date as Booked, Needs an act, Applications or No event. Step through months with Previous and Next. Tap a date to see what is on, which act is booked, any gig listed to fill it and its applications. On a future date you can press + Add event, Post a gig to fill this date or Manage event, depending on what the night needs. With no date picked, the shortcuts beside the grid let you post a gig, post an event, or start a poster or flyer.

To see these dates in Google or Apple Calendar, use Sync to your calendar: Subscribe adds a live feed that updates itself, Copy link copies it, and Download once saves a one-off file. The link carries a private key, so keep it to yourself - anyone with it can read your calendar.

Coming up at the foot of the page shows your next events.
