Where do I find the tickets I have bought?

Open Settings and choose Orders. Tickets you bought while signed in to this account are listed there.

Each order shows its order number (it starts GX-), the event, its date and venue, the ticket type and how many, when you ordered, the total and its status. Use Active, All and Cancelled to change which orders you see, or type in the search box to find one by event, venue or order number.

On an order:

• On paid orders, Resend emails your tickets to you again.
• Event opens the event's page.
• Support opens our contact form with the order number already filled in.

Refunds come from the organiser. GigXchange takes ticket payments on behalf of the event's organiser, who is responsible for the event and for any refund. Contact them directly if you need one.

Orders is not available on an organiser account. If it is missing from your Settings menu on any other account, it has been switched off: turn it back on in Add-ons — see hiding pages you don't use.
