Claptrap the Venue is an independent first-floor live-music and DJ bar at 108A High Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands (DY8 1EE). With a room of around 100 capacity, it programmes alternative bands, DJ nights, theatre, poetry, quizzes and jazz across the week, and runs a weekly 'Sunday Shenanigans' open mic from 7pm. Core music nights run Friday and Saturday (8pm–2am) with a packed touring and local schedule. It's one of the area's most active grassroots rooms for original and alternative acts.
