Cafe Metro is a friendly, independent pub on Church Street in Bilston, part of the town since 2007, in a building that began life as a bakery in the late 1800s. It now trades from The Back Room at the rear, which gave it more space for live music.
Gigs run on selected Saturday evenings and Sunday sessions, with recent bills including saxophonist and blues singer Patsy Gamble, singer-songwriter Tony Skeggs, the Jon Amor Trio playing blues-rock and covers band Under The Covers. The pub also hosts brewery takeovers, beer festivals and a pub quiz.
