YES at 38 Charles Street is a four-storey Manchester music venue in the Oxford Road Corridor, opened in September 2018 by promoters Now Wave in a converted old auction house. Its main live space is the baby-pink Pink Room, a cosy, intimate 250-capacity room that hosts some of the city's best gigs, while the 60-capacity basement is the spot to catch next year's breaking acts. There's also a ground-floor bar and a rooftop terrace with a NASA-approved sound system and DJs on long summer evenings. Programming spans rock, pop, indie and electronic, and YES is a key stop for Manchester Psych Fest. Professional in-house PA throughout; both originals and touring acts.
