The Night
Union Mash Up is a creative bar and arts space on Princes Avenue in Hull, mixing music, poetry, comedy, cinema and theatre. It runs several open mics: Johnny Hamilton's acoustic open mic (doors 7pm, first act 7:30pm, just turn up to play), an Electronic Open Mic for synths, decks and devices, and Away With Words, a monthly spoken-word night. The acoustic night is a warm, walk-up evening of acoustic music running to around 10:30pm.
