The Night
Foundry Social, the street-food and events space on Salisbury Road in Cathays, hosts the 'Amplifying Accessibility' open mic — a daytime Sunday session (1pm-5pm) built to give Disabled and Neurodivergent creatives a genuinely welcoming stage, with all abilities and all performance styles welcome, as performer or audience. The space opens from 1pm for a relaxed settling-in period before the open mic starts, and there's a sound desk on site (no CDJs). Recent editions ran on third Sundays. Dates are announced via Eventbrite and the venue's Instagram, so check before travelling.
