Can I put my GigXchange event on Eventbrite?

Yes. First connect your account: open Settings, go to Integrations, and under Eventbrite press Connect Eventbrite. You sign in on Eventbrite's own site and are sent straight back — GigXchange never sees your Eventbrite password.

Once connected, open one of your events and press Push to Eventbrite. The button only appears on events that are not private — a private event has nowhere public to go. The event is created as a draft in your own Eventbrite account — you set the ticket prices and publish it over there. Tickets sell in your own Eventbrite account, and that money goes to you directly. After a push, the button becomes View on Eventbrite and takes you straight to it.

Before you push, it pays to have the event page complete: the description, end time, expected attendance and cover image all feed the Eventbrite draft — the description carries over, the end time sets the running time, and expected attendance sets the capacity. A complete event page lands as a complete draft.

You can disconnect Eventbrite at any time from the same Integrations screen — once you are connected that button reads Disconnect in place of Connect Eventbrite.
