Can I sync my calendar with Google or Outlook?

Yes. Open Settings, choose Integrations, then the Calendar tab. It works in both directions.

Bringing your own calendar in: press Connect Google Calendar or Connect Outlook, sign in and approve, and you are done. Busy dates from your own calendar then block automatically on GigXchange, so nobody can book you on a day you are not free. Changes reach GigXchange within seconds, and we only ever read the dates you are busy — never event names, guests or locations.

Using Apple, iCloud or another calendar? Press Use a calendar link instead to open that section, choose the calendar type, paste your calendar's ICS feed address into Calendar feed URL, then press Connect by link — the feed address, not the page you view your calendar on. Link connections are checked hourly rather than instantly.

Sending your bookings out: Calendar Feed Export gives you a URL to subscribe to your GigXchange bookings from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or any iCal-compatible app, so confirmed gigs appear in the diary you already use.

Everything you have connected is listed under Connected Calendars, where you can sync on demand or disconnect — disconnecting removes the connection, the dates it imported, and our access to your calendar.
