How do I manage the artists I represent?

Open Roster from the Profile menu. It is there on agent and promoter accounts. If it is missing from your menu, switch it back on in Settings under Add-ons.

Adding an artist. Press Invite an artist. On the Search GigXchange tab, type at least two letters of their name and press Invite beside them. If they are not a member yet, choose Invite by Email, enter their email address (their name is optional) and press Send Invite. They get an email invitation; if that address already belongs to a member, they get an in-app invite instead.

An invite is a request, and the artist decides. They show as Pending until they accept, and nothing is shared until they do. Once they accept they show as Active. On an agent account they also appear on your public profile.

Working with an artist. Select an artist to bring them into focus. Three figures sit on their card: Booked by you (the bookings you have made for them), Commission (the commission recorded on those bookings once they are completed) and Next gig. Under the figures, Book on behalf starts a booking for an active artist, Message opens a chat with them and Send EPK opens their press kit.

Each artist's tile also carries small icon buttons with no words on them: an eye opens their profile; on an active artist, a calendar books on their behalf; a cross removes them from your roster. You can invite someone you removed again later.

On an agent account, your usual rate is the Commission (%) field when you edit your profile.
