How do I show my availability on my own website?

GigXchange can give you a small availability calendar to put on your own website. It shows your live dates and sends visitors to your GigXchange profile to book you, so it stays current without you touching your site again.

  1. Open Profile and choose Availability.
  2. Press Embed on your website near the top of the page.
  3. Choose a Style: Calendar (a month view) or Compact strip. Then a Theme: Dark or Light, to suit your site. The Preview updates as you choose.
  4. Press Copy code.
  5. In your website editor, add an Embed or Custom HTML block, paste the code and save. WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Carrd and Bandzoogle all have one.

On your site the widget shows the dates you have set, with a "Book ... now" link under it carrying your name. A visitor who picks a date, or presses that link, lands on your GigXchange profile - nobody books inside the widget itself.

Linktree and Instagram bios do not allow embeds, so share your profile link there instead.

The widget reads the same calendar you keep on GigXchange, so the dates are only as good as that calendar - see how does the availability calendar work? If the widget is ever switched off on our side, your site shows a plain link to book you on GigXchange instead of a broken box.
