How do I make a tour poster of my upcoming dates?

Open Bookings and choose Upcoming. That page builds a poster of your upcoming dates and turns it into a public page on your profile. On an artist account it is a tour poster, on a venue account an events poster, and for agents and promoters simply a poster - the steps are the same.

  1. Add your dates. Press + Add show and fill each date in on the poster itself. You can also bring them in: switch on Auto-include GX bookings so confirmed GigXchange bookings appear on their own, press Refresh beside Refresh from bookings to pull them in now, or press Import beside Import dates for a CSV or spreadsheet (a template is included). These settings sit in the card under the poster - press the arrow at its right-hand end (hovering it says Show settings) to open it.

Importing does more than fill the poster. In Import dates, Start Fresh downloads a blank template, and Upload CSV or Upload Excel File reads your own spreadsheet; a preview shows what was found before anything is saved. Future dates that have a venue are also added to your bookings - the preview tells you when that will happen. Deleting a poster deletes those bookings with it, and the confirmation says how many before you agree.

  1. Name it. Fill in Title and Subtitle in the same card.
  2. Pick a look. There are seven. Drag the strip of covers between the poster and the card, and tap one to use it.
  3. Publish. Your edits save as you go, but the public page only changes when you press Publish. Until you add a show, the builder shows an example and Publish stays greyed out.

Once published, View public page opens it and Share gives you the link. Under the poster, Copy embed code puts the same page on your own website; it updates itself whenever you publish again.

You can keep more than one poster. Use Choose a poster to switch, the plus icon beside it (New poster) to start another, and the bin icon to delete the one you are on.
