Bookings & Gigs

How do I make a flyer for my gig?

Open Bookings and choose Flyers. (Organiser accounts do not have this page.) The Flyer Builder opens on two collections of designs: Editorial and Classic. Pick one and the builder opens with a sample flyer you edit in place.

Fill in Details — the headliner, venue, city, date, doors, prices, a ticket link and an optional QR code. Every place a detail appears on the flyer updates as you type. Look holds the format and the colours: Poster, Story or Social feed, three colour themes, and switches for the print effects.

Your images go in Photo & logo (some designs take several). On an Editorial flyer you can place your logo yourself: Logo size makes it bigger or smaller, and Logo left - right and Logo up - down move it anywhere on the flyer. Poster, Story and Social feed each keep their own position, and Reset logo puts it back where the design had it. (On Backline the logo changes size but stays in place.) Every flyer saves itself as you work, so nothing is lost if you step away; on an Editorial flyer Save draft forces it.

When it looks right, use Publish to finish:

  • Download JPEG gives you the image for your socials.
  • Publish gives the flyer its own public page, and Embed gives you the code to put that flyer on your own website.

A published flyer is a snapshot — later edits stay private until you update it, and Unpublish takes the page and the embed down again. On a computer, Open Desktop Editor puts the flyer and its settings side by side.

Saved flyers stay under My flyers on the Flyers page, ready to reopen and re-export.
