Leazes Park is Tyneside's oldest public park, opened in 1873, off Barrack Road in central Newcastle upon Tyne (NE2 4BJ). In summer it becomes a major open-air concert site for 'The Park Series', staging world-class touring artists — McFly (28 August 2026) and The Human League (30 August 2026) among the 2026 line-up — with VIP areas, bars and local street-food vendors. A large-scale outdoor live-music setting rather than an indoor grassroots room.
