Factory 251 (FAC251 - The Factory) is a three-floor nightclub and live-music venue at 112-118 Princess Street, Manchester (M1 7EN), in the building that was the head office of Factory Records - built by Tony Wilson, designed by Ben Kelly and, as the venue puts it, paid for by New Order and broken by the Happy Mondays. Owned by Joy Division and New Order's Peter Hook, who reopened it in 2010, it runs club nights across three floors (chart and RnB on the ground floor, indie and anthems in the middle, house, tech, drum and bass and bassline on top) and hosts gigs - Songkick lists 389 past shows and autumn 2026 dates for The Sixth Letter (6 November) and The Wants with The Dirt and [slab] (21 November), alongside Oasis tributes and This Feeling new-band showcases. Open Thursday to Saturday and Mondays, 11pm to 4am. A storied, still-running Manchester nightlife and gig space.
