About Liverpool Irish Centre
Liverpool Irish Centre is a grassroots music venue in Everton, Liverpool with a standing capacity of approximately 250. PA system and vocal mics are provided; bring your own instruments and amps.
The Liverpool Irish Centre at 6 Boundary Lane, Everton (L6 5JG) is a community hub for Irish culture in Liverpool that doubles as a live-music venue holding 250 standing or 150 seated. The building runs to three rooms: The Hall, with a large stage, dancefloor, HD projector and in-house PA, plus The Bar and Heritage Room, which share a second PA and two large screens. Alongside traditional Irish dancing, language classes and cultural events it hosts a regular programme of gigs, tribute nights, ceilis and fundraisers, welcoming both original acts and covers across folk, trad, pop and rock. The bar opens at weekends, on Thursday afternoons and for the monthly ceili. Recent bills include The Phogues on Saturday 24 October and a Samhain Ceili the following night. Its intimate hall and community spirit make it a well-used spot on the city's grassroots circuit.
