It is the long standing home of Bideford Folk Club, whose members praise the skittle alleys acoustics, and it hosts a weekly Tuesday acoustic jam alongside real ales.

The Night
Acoustic jam session hosted by Dogleg every Tuesday from 7.30pm to 10.30pm, upstairs in the function room at the Joiners Arms. All singers, players and listeners are welcome at any level and in any style, and poets and storytellers are invited too. The same pub also hosts Bideford Folk Club every Thursday from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, a song, tune, story and poem singaround upstairs in the skittle alley.
