It opens daily from 10am, until 10pm midweek and 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The open floor space doubles as a performance area for its fortnightly all ages open mic.

Fortnightly open mic held every second Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm inside the Clipper Quay street food market. Unusually for Derry it is all ages rather than 18 plus, which is the whole point of it. Turning up before 7pm has generally been enough to get a slot, but the hosts now advise messaging them ahead as it gets busier.
