How do I suggest a feature or report a bug?

Open the menu: Dashboard, then Feedback. Every post there is read, and the top-voted ideas get built first.

To post, press New request, or pick one of the four ways in beneath it: Request a feature, Improve something, Report a bug or Ask a question. A form opens with that Type already chosen (you can change it). Give it a Title and a Description, add up to three images under Attachments if a picture helps, then press Post Feedback.

For a bug, say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot saves a lot of back and forth.

Everyone's posts sit underneath, and you can filter them by type and status or use Search posts... to check whether someone has already asked. Then:

• press the up arrow on an idea you want, or the down arrow if it does not fit
• open a post to read the thread, write in the box and press Reply

Each post carries a status, so you can see whether it is still being looked at, planned, being built, shipped or declined.

Feedback is public to other members. For a problem with a booking or a payment, use contact support instead.
