I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to Sign In and choose Reset Password (under "Forgot your details?"). Enter the email address on your account and we will email you a 6-digit code.

Type the code back in, then choose a new password. It needs to be at least 12 characters and include an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a digit and a symbol. If the code stops working, just request another one.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder first — reset emails often land there. Make sure you are using the same address you signed up with; if you have more than one account, it is easy to try the wrong one.
