Your Profile
What do my Insights show?
Insights shows how your profile is doing. Open it from the menu: Dashboard, then Insights. Organiser accounts do not have it.
The page has four parts, and the row of links at the top jumps to each one:
- Reach - Profile views over the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months (press 7d, 30d, 90d or 12m beside the figure), Followers & audience, and Where you're seen: how often you turned up in search, and the towns and regions your viewers are in.
- Health - Profile health: your Profile completeness, your Response time to messages, and, for artists and venues, how much of your calendar is marked available.
- Activity - your Engagement (messages, conversations and how many bookings were completed), and your Content library of photos and videos (and tracks, for artists).
- Money - your earnings, commission or spending (depending on your account type), the trend over the last six months and, unless you are an agent, an Invoices total once you have sent one.
Next to many headings you will see a line such as "+20% vs avg of 12" or "on par with avg of 12". That compares your figure with the average, so you can tell whether a number is good or just big. A figure with no average beside it simply has nothing to compare against yet.
The numbers are a nudge, not a verdict. Keeping your availability up to date, replying quickly and completing your profile are the three things that move most of them - see editing your profile and setting your availability.
