G2 is the 350-capacity second room within The Garage, Scotland's largest nightclub at 490 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow (G2 3LW). The Garage opened in 1994, runs seven days a week 365 days a year, and is one of the city's best-known stepping-stone gig venues for rising bands. While the 700-capacity Main Hall takes the bigger touring shows, G2 hosts intimate live gigs and club nights — rock, indie, pop, country and alternative bills — making it a key small-room stage on the Sauchiehall Street strip.
