Sit and Sip is an independent neighbourhood cocktail bar and tasting room in Piries Place in the centre of Horsham, part of the small Saviour Bars group. It pours seasonal cocktails, world and classic beers and considered wines, with a menu that changes with the seasons and a daily happy hour. Its fortnightly Wednesday open mic with host Sam Clayton is one of the town centre regular acoustic nights.
