The Bear Inn is an 18th-century town-centre pub on Dyer Street in Cirencester, run by Butcombe. It keeps its traditional features, cosy furnishings and a roaring open fire, with a street-side beer garden for warmer evenings. Alongside food and cask beer it runs a small programme of regular events, including a monthly quiz and the monthly open mic night. It is a short walk from the Market Place, making it an easy first gig for Cotswolds performers.
