The Royal Mail Cart is a large pub on Pinchbeck Road, a short walk from Spalding town centre, with separate bar, lounge and restaurant areas. It reopened under a new team on 21 August 2025 after a period closed, and has built its offer around live entertainment: live music, open mic nights, song contests and musical bingo. It is family and dog friendly, with a kids play area and spacious beer gardens. The fortnightly open mic is run in partnership with local non-profit the All Included Music Project.
