Fees & Payments

Where do I see what I have earned or paid?

Open Payments from the menu. It has five screens; the fifth, Invoices, has its own article (how do invoices work?); move between them with the links under the page's headline or the menu beside it.

  • Overview — your totals, a six-month trend, where your money is, your Stripe connection, Recent transactions and Pending releases. Press View All Transactions for the full list.
  • Transactions — every booking with money attached, showing the fee and its status. The tabs across the top narrow the list: All, Awaiting, Completed, Paid, Overdue and Cancelled, then Deposit, Balance, Bal. late and Settled for where a booking paid through GigXchange stands. Tap a row to open the booking.
  • Payouts — Pending releases lists money still held, each with a countdown to 5 days after the gig (Due in 3d) that changes to Release pending once that date has passed. Completed payouts lists everything Released. On a venue, promoter or organiser account the link reads Payments and the screen tracks what you have paid out instead.
  • Analytics — your trend, your busiest months and the people you do the most business with. Switch between This year, Last 12 months and All time. It counts completed bookings only; when the period you pick has none, the charts show example figures marked Example data. On Overview it also opens from the bar-chart icon at the top right of the heading.

The words follow your account: performers see earnings, venues, promoters and organisers see spending, and agents see bookings.

For how the money moves, see how are payments handled?. For when it reaches you, see when do I get paid for a gig?.
